RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Our customer satisfaction with our product is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. In saying this, returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order, no question asked.
To return an item, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with the original packaging with all materials included. Items returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer.
To process a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any product back to us. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
Please note SwiftBreakfast reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend being careful with your purchase as soiled items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.
The cost involved in returning or exchanging an item to us will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customer responsibility. We will not be held liable for any lost returns. We strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.
Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a refund on your original method. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and image of the damaged item. We will get back to you right away. Once approved, we can offer a replacement (if the item is in stock) or a full refund on your original method of payment. After 14 days, the Return Authorization for damaged items will expire, and the item will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
